Good would want one upstairs with sink in kitchen
Positive: Some what quite. Better when know one was upstairs

Time away with my husband
Positive: It was a cozy spot and decorated very nicely.
Negative: The only thing I would change is to have a sink in the kitchen area. I know that would be difficult but it wasn't very convenient to take the dishes to the bathroom to wash them.
